These all promoted the birth of a new discipline - spin electronics.
At present, spin electronics has shown its superiority in the magnetic resistance random memory, magnetic resistance thin film readout magnetic head, spin polarization metal diodes, triode and other electronic devices. Many institutes and institutions of higher learning in our country are engaged in this work synchronously with the world. The state also included this subject in the "973" key development project.
